Buffalo Built, LLC is a Christian-owned construction company that specializes in custom homes, timber framing, stick framing, exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), decks and patios, and interior finishes. We offer an in-house approach to your build, working closely with you to transform your dreams into reality.
Our Story
Founded in 2018, Buffalo Built's focus has been and continues to be honesty, integrity, and quality. Our team is dedicated to our industry and devoted to our clients, providing a personal, practical, and professional homebuilding experience. We continually strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations through communication and trust.
The team at Buffalo Built is constantly working to broaden and master our skills. Collectively, we have decades of experience with an emphasis on custom homes, framing, and interior finishes.
Meet the Team
Lauren Olsen
OFFICE MANAGER
Lauren attended the University of Kentucky receiving a degree in Equine Science and Management, with minors in Business and Agricultural Economics. After college, Lauren moved to Wyoming to work on a local guest ranch where she grew to love the area and the mountains and decided to make Buffalo her home. Known for being hard working and resourceful, Lauren brings these aspects into her work with Buffalo Built. When she's not in the office, you can find her riding, reading, or spending time with her dogs and friends.
Brandon Todd
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Brandon studied Marketing at Newman University in Wichita, Kansas, before spending much of his career in radio, hosting a morning country show for seven years and later his own two-hour Christian program for three years. After marrying his wife in Buffalo in 2021, he moved from Arizona in 2023, drawn both by the area he had often visited growing up and by his family roots.
Bringing nearly two decades of sales experience and a heart for sharing the Gospel, he applies both to his work with Buffalo Built. Outside of the office, he serves as Head Coach of the American Legion baseball program and enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. You’ll often find him hiking, fishing, golfing, or exploring the outdoors with his family.
Christian Spencer
GENERAL MANAGER
Christian comes to Buffalo Built with years of experience in many aspects of the construction industry. He grew up in Buffalo working alongside his dad in several different trades and, as an adult, worked in remodeling, siding and flooring. Most recently, he owned and operated his own flooring business for five years before joining the team at Buffalo Built in summer of 2024. When he's not at work meeting with customers, preparing estimates, or managing jobs, he's spending time with his wife Kelley and three kids, working on the family ranch, or enjoying time in the mountains.
Jamie
PROJECT MANAGER
Jamie graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has built a career spanning residential construction, real estate, housing development, and business operations. With more than a decade of experience, she has worked alongside builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners, gaining extensive knowledge in project coordination, budgeting, contract administration, and client relations. Her diverse background allows her to bring both practical experience and a solutions-focused approach to the Buffalo Built team. Known for her professionalism and strong communication skills, Jamie enjoys building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate every step of the construction process. She is passionate about contributing to the continued growth of Wyoming's housing industry while providing an exceptional experience for every customer. When she's not at work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. Whether camping, hiking, or exploring Wyoming's mountains, she loves making the most of the outdoors with her family.
Wyatt Tellock
SUPERINTENDANT
Wyatt has been building and shaping properties since 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from his own company, where he managed remodels, new construction, and landscaping projects. At Buffalo Built, he applies his expertise to concrete and foundation work, turning empty lots into prepped slabs and handling driveways, patios, and sidewalks with precision. A devoted husband and father, Wyatt and his family center their lives around faith, striving to live out their beliefs at home, at work, and in the community. When he’s not on the jobsite, he enjoys spending time with his family, caring for their horses, hunting, and exploring the mountains.
Taylor Hepp
OWNER
Taylor obtained his degree in Construction Management from Sheridan College before attending Black Hills State University in South Dakota to run track and earn degrees in both Business Administration and Human Resources Management. Joining Matt in Buffalo Built in 2020, Taylor brought with him not just his degrees, but also hands-on experience from working for a local construction business from the time he was fifteen. In his downtime, Taylor is hanging out with his wife Adrianna and two little girls, playing golf at the local course, participating in extreme sports, or pouring into his local church community.
Tristan Hepp
OWNER
Tristan graduated from Black Hills State University in South Dakota with degrees in Business Management and Marketing. While still in high school, he started a landscaping company called Seasonal Services. After running this company for several years, he partnered with Buffalo Built in 2020, and now manages the business operations. When not busy in the office or meeting with customers, Tristan can be found out on the jobsite working alongside the crew. Tristan has a heart for people and loves spending time with his friends and family, while chasing around his three young kids with his wife Brittany.
