Information you give us

The only way this website collects personal information is when you choose to send it through our inquiry form.

When you submit that form, we receive:

We also record the date and time of your submission so we can respond in order. That is the complete list. We don't ask for financial information, identification numbers, or anything else through this site, and there are no accounts to create.

Information collected automatically

This website does not run analytics software, advertising pixels, or session-tracking scripts, and it does not use cookies. Reading these pages does not add you to any list or profile.

Like virtually every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — things like IP addresses and request times — which exist to keep the site secure and running. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors or to target advertising.

The typefaces on this site are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so simply browsing here doesn't report your visit to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain a history of our work. Construction projects run long, and questions about a completed build can arrive years later — that history is genuinely useful to the people we've built for.

If you'd rather we didn't keep yours, ask us and we'll remove it.

How we protect it

Information you send is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiry records is limited to the people on our team who need it to do their work.

No system is perfectly secure and we won't claim otherwise. What we can say is that this site doesn't collect financial details, government identifiers, or credentials, which meaningfully limits what's ever at risk here.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to adults planning construction projects, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to a few places we don't operate — client reviews hosted by Google, for example. Once you follow a link off our site, this policy no longer applies, and the site you've landed on has its own privacy practices worth reading.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information — if we add analytics, launch a client portal, or bring on a new provider — we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't quietly expand what we collect and leave this page stale.
