Terms of Use
Straight terms for using this site.
The fine print, written the way we'd explain it across a kitchen table: what this website is, what our published numbers mean, and where the real commitments live.
Last updated September 1, 2026
The short version
- ✓
This site is informational — nothing on it is a binding quote or contract.
- ✓
Prices shown are planning ranges; your real number comes from a written estimate.
- ✓
The words and project photos here are our own work, not stock.
- ✓
If you build with us, your signed agreement governs the work — not this page.
The full detail follows. For how we handle the information you send us, see our Privacy Policy.
01
Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, you agree to the terms on this page. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
These terms cover your use of the website itself. They are separate from — and do not change — any construction agreement you sign with us.
02
What this website is
This is a marketing and information site. It describes the services Buffalo Built LLC offers, shows projects we've completed, outlines home models in development, and publishes guides for people planning a build or remodel in Northern Wyoming.
It is a starting point for a conversation, not a storefront. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us, and nothing here is an offer to perform work at a stated price.
03
Pricing, estimates, and scope
We publish price ranges for our home models and list the cost factors that drive each service. Those are planning references, meant to help you judge whether a project is in the neighborhood of your budget.
They are not bids, quotes, or guaranteed prices. What a project actually costs depends on your site, your design decisions, structural and engineering requirements, permitting, material selections, and market conditions at the time we build — which is why we price a defined scope rather than a square-foot average.
A real number comes from a consultation and a written estimate prepared for your specific project. Where anything on this website differs from a written estimate or signed agreement, the written document governs.
04
Your project agreement comes first
If you build or remodel with us, the work is governed by the written agreement you sign. Scope, schedule, payment terms, change orders, and any warranties live in that document.
The process described on this site — our five phases, the way we describe design and construction — reflects how we typically work. It's an honest description of our approach, not a set of contractual commitments, and it doesn't add to or subtract from your agreement.
05
Our content and images
The text, photographs, page designs, logo, and name on this site belong to Buffalo Built LLC or are used with permission. The project photography is of our own work — these are buildings our crews actually built.
You're welcome to:
- ✓Link to any page on this site
- ✓Quote a short passage with credit and a link back
- ✓Share our pages with someone planning a project
Please don't republish our project photography, copy our page content for another contractor's marketing, or use the Buffalo Built name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with something we aren't.
06
Using this site responsibly
Please don't:
- ✓Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or connected systems
- ✓Interfere with the site's operation or overload it with automated requests
- ✓Scrape content to build a competing site
- ✓Submit malicious code through any form on this site
- ✓Use our inquiry form for spam, solicitation, or harassment
- ✓Impersonate someone else when contacting us
07
Information you send us
Submitting our inquiry form doesn't create a client relationship, and it doesn't obligate us to take on your project — some projects aren't a fit, and we'd rather say so early.
Please keep what you tell us accurate; we plan from the information you give. And please don't send sensitive material through the form — financial account numbers, identification numbers, and similar details aren't needed to start a conversation and the form isn't built to carry them.
What we do with the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
08
Guides and educational content
Our Learn section offers general information for people planning construction in Northern Wyoming — how costs are structured, how budgets are built, what building in a given community involves.
It is general orientation, not professional advice. It isn't legal, financial, tax, or engineering advice, and it isn't a substitute for talking to your lender, attorney, insurer, or a licensed engineer about your situation. Building codes, permitting requirements, and market conditions change and vary by jurisdiction.

Links to other sites
This site links to places we don't operate — client reviews hosted by Google, for example. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link isn't an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
10
The website is provided as it is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will always be error-free, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Model details, availability, pricing ranges, and project information change over time, and pages may lag behind reality.
To be clear about what this covers: this disclaimer is about the website. It says nothing about the quality of our construction work, which is governed by your written agreement and by the standards we hold our crews to.
11
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Wyoming law, Buffalo Built LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website, or from reliance on general information published here.
This limitation applies to the website only. It does not limit our obligations under any construction agreement we sign with you, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12
Changes to the site and these terms
We may update this website and these terms as our services, projects, and processes change. When we revise these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Johnson County, Wyoming.
14
Questions about these terms
If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it. We'd rather answer a question early than have a misunderstanding show up later in a project.
